Jesse has been my trainer and fitness adviser since April 2009. Since that time he has given me knowledge about proper fitness technique and about my own potential during my weekly workout session. I am a middle aged woman, and for the last 2 years I have enjoyed working out with Jesse 3 days per week. I am very pleased with the improvement in my body composition over this time. Jesse tailors my workout to my needs and my goals, and he accommodates any health issues that may occasionally arise.

The workouts are ever changing with a good balance of the exercises that I like and ones that keep me the most challenged. My strength and stamina have increased and my desire to improve has gotten stronger. I can't imagine trying to go back to a more traditional training situation where I would go to a gym to meet a trainer and workout. The convenience of working out at home is not as important as the fact that you are able to fit these workouts into a already busy lifestyle.

When we bought a home gym, we wanted someone to work with us to insure correct use of the equipment. We signed up with Jesse for 'a few sessions' and have been working with him every week for more than 4 months now. Jesse challenges us with different workouts every session; and he pushes us to complete a better workout than we would do on our own. He is flexible in scheduling to fit into our busy work and travel schedule and his personality keeps us talking through the session so the 30 minutes go by fast.
